Preparing Meat Ahead of Time



Another thing you can do with meat is to make a good dry rub with a cure mixed into it. 
You will need to allow the meat to begin to cure in the reefer a few days before wrapping 
it up for the freezer. 

The meat will thaw and be ready to toss in the pan to be cooked without any seasoning 
or much fuss.
