In a mixing bowl mix cut or cubed meat in BBQ sauce, pack sauce covered meat in jar's
to 1/2" of the top of the jar, insure the jar rim is wiped clean set and tighten the ring down
firm tight, and set the jars off to can.
Loose pack sauce covered meat in jars, set the filled jars aside to settle, and later top off
the level in the jars 1/2" of the top of the jars with BBQ sauce, lid and can.
(this adaptation leaves extra sauce to pour over an additional dish, something like stewed
veggies, or pasta.)
Left over (pre-cooked,) BBQ cut fork size, packed into jar's with the remaining BBQ sauce,
lids set, and canned.
