Sharing this recipe from a very dear and sadly missed best friend.
Thank you my dearest friend for the hours we spent chatting and
drooling our discussions over food half a world apart.
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons apple cider
Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix well, Apply as you would extra
sauce, or if you are like me, put some in a bowl and dip your sammich
au jus style.
P.S. Make plenty or you'll be sorry!
